Responsibilities
- Perform pressure washing tasks on a variety of surfaces, such as buildings, sidewalks, driveways, decks, fences, and vehicles.
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, including power washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and cleaning solutions.
- Assess and determine the appropriate pressure, temperature, and cleaning solution for each surface and job requirement.
- Remove dirt, grime, stains, mold, mildew, algae, and other contaminants from surfaces effectively and efficiently.
- Apply appropriate cleaning techniques to avoid damage to delicate or sensitive surfaces.
- Pre-treat surfaces with cleaning agents, when necessary, to enhance the cleaning process and achieve desired results.
- Inspect and evaluate surfaces before and after pressure washing to ensure satisfactory cleaning and identify any additional treatment needs.
- Provide estimates and recommendations to clients based on their cleaning requirements and the condition of the surfaces.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
- Keep accurate records of job details, including surface conditions, cleaning techniques used, and any additional recommendations made to clients.
